After segmenting the target audience and assessing relevant channels, BCM Agency coordinated a mix of digital communication activity, including:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click advertising to generate leads via the 2110 Consult website
  • Planned and timely case studies, newsletters and email updates to increase reach and awareness
  • White papers on relevant industry topics
  • Design and development of an informative animation to help deliver messaging clearly and concisely

THE RESULTS

Targeted pay-per-click advertising achieved a cost per enquiry of £60 for new London basement extension projects valued at approximately £10,000 each.  Bi-monthly email newsletters resulted in open rates of between 30% and 40% and generated 6 new enquiries in the first year.
